Q. Can any item on the website be customized?

A. Yes.

Q. How are custom orders placed?

After purchasing item(s), please send pictures/theme via email to info@tmariekustoms.com. Please allow 1-2 days for the item design to be processed. 

Q. How long does it take to receive customized items?

A. All items will be available for shipping/pickup within five business days after design is approved. 

Q. Is a proof of design provided before it is finalized?

A. Yes. The design will be sent via email for approval. There will be 24hrs to make changes to pictures, placement, and wording. 

Q. What is the return policy for customized items?

A. Once the design has been approved, there are no returns unless there is an error on the company’s part. If an error has been identified and it is the fault of the company, the item will be replaced. 

Q. Can a request for a specific color or font for customization be made?

A. Yes. 

Q. Are bulk discounts for customized items offered?

A. Yes. Bulk discounts vary for each item and will be determined on an individual basis. 

Q. Can a custom order be cancelled or changed after it has been placed?

A. Once the order is placed and the design is shared, there are two free revisions. Each revision after the initial design and two revisions will be $15 each. 

Q. Is gift wrapping or personalized messages for customized items offered?

A. Gift wrapping is not offered, but personalized messages can be provided, if requested. 

Q.  What types of customization options are offered on the website?

A. Customization options vary by item. 

Q. What are delivery options?

A. Orders may be shipped or picked up/delivered for an additional cost.
